Sweet Potato Casserole

Description:
Just like Grandma used to make.
|
Ingredients:
3 cup cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup oleo
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/3 cup plain flour
1/3 cup oleo
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs,
vanilla, milk, and 1/2 cup oleo
beat with electric mixer until smooth
Spoon into a 2 quart greased shallow
casserole
Combine brown sugar, flour, 1/3 cup oleo and
pecans
Sprinkle over top of casserole
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
