Directions:
Trim fat from tenderloins.
Place tenderloins on a rack in a roasting pan
coated with
cooking spray.
Combine ketchup and next 5 ingredients; brush
lightly over
tenderloins.
Insert a meat thermometer into thickest part of
tenderloin.
Bake, uncovered, at 400º for 30 minutes or until
meat
thermometer registers 160º, basting with
remaining ketchup
mixture.
Let stand 10 minutes; slice diagonally across
grain into thin
slices.
Garnish with rosemary sprigs, if desired.
