Pork steaks with lemon and sage

Ingredients:
4 x 100 g pork steaks (neck or ribeye)
60 - 90 ml (4 - 6 tbsp) cake flour seasoned with salt and pepper
30 ml (2 tbsp) sunflower oil
50 ml (1/5 cup) butter
20 fresh sage leaves or 10-15 ml (2-3 tsp) dried
60 ml (4 tbsp) lemon juice

Directions:
Dip pork steaks in seasoned flour to coat both sides. Heat oil,
butter and sage leaves in a shallow frying pan. Add pork steaks
and brown quickly on either side. Transfer to a dish. Add lemon
juice to frying pan and bring to boil. Stir well, then return
pork steaks to frying pan for a few minutes to heat through.
Serve hot with noodles.
