Ingredients:
3 French baquettes, sliced 0.25 inch thick on the diagonal
0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
0.5 cup dill, finely chopped
0.5 cup chervil, finely chopped

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment
paper and arrange the bread slices in single layers. In a medium
bowl, mix the olive oil and chopped herbs. Brush each slice with
the oil mixture and toast in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until
crisp and golden, not brown. These can be made early on the day
of the party and kept, when cooled, in a tightly covered
container.
