Fish steaks with lemon and coriander cre

Ingredients:

4 firm-fleshed white fish steaks, each 2,5 cm thick
250 ml (1 cup) cream
30 ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
60 ml (4 tbsp)
chopped fresh coriander
salt and milled black pepper
Serves 4
Directions:

Place fish steaks in a shallow baking dish. Mix cream with lemon
juice and coriander. Season with salt and pepper. Pour lemon
cream over fish steaks and bake at 200oC for 15 - 25 minutes,
depending on kind of fish used. Serve the fish with baby
potatoes and steamed green beans.
